お客さんが入場料として持ってきた野菜や食材を、その場で料理人が即興料理し、

無料で提供するフードイベント「GIVEME VEGET ABLE」。

集まった食材は入場料だけでなく、アーティストの出演料や関わる人達の報酬として分け合う野菜の自給自足型、食＋音楽イベントです！

 

千年未来工藝祭ではCRAFT F OOD WITH ECHIZEN KNIFE として、

持参した野菜を使って、越前打刃物の試し切りができる環境を用意します。

また、越前市の農家さんが野菜を持ってきてギブミーファーマーズマーケットも同時開催！

 

そんなギブミーベジタブルのコンセプトや詳細について主催者から語ってもらいます。ギブミーチームはいままでどんな食の実践をやってきたか？

Food and Craft: Practice of Knowledge Production, Knowledge Consumption

– Give Me Vegetable –

Venue: Masakari Don no Y akata (Venue of the Millennium Future Craft F estival)

 

GIVE ME VEGETABLE” is a food event in which the vegetables and ingredients brought

by visitors as an entrance fee are improvised by chefs on the spot and served free of charge.

The collected ingredients are shared not only for the admission fee,

but also for the artists’ performance fees and for the people involved in the event!

 

As part of the “Craft Food with Echizen Knife” program, we will provide an environment where visitors

can try their hand at cutting Echizen hammered blades using the vegetables they have brought to the festival.

In addition, farmers from Echizen City will bring their vegetables to the Give   Me Farmers Market,

which will be held at the same time!

 

The organizer will talk about the concept and details of such give-me-vegetables.
