千年未来工藝祭 「国際工藝シンポジウム」 1 日目の8月26日(土) 11:00 ーは、「新世界工藝網」と題して、

香港の建築・空間デザイナー盛 世匡［Seiki Mori］氏と

台湾で伝統産業とデザインの融合に取り組むプロデューサーの黄 奕杰［Jay HUANG］氏と共に、

グローバルな視点で、工藝から環境、SDGs、食の廃棄問題まで様々な点をディスカッションします。

世界各地で活躍しているデザイナーやクリエイターと共に「CoNEXTion」（共に次の次元へ）をキーワードに、

取り組んできている千年未来工藝祭の新たなる挑戦です。

ものづくり、ブランディングのアイデアが得られる貴重な討論会になりますので、

上海、香港で活躍する日本人インテリア＆ライティングデザイナー。AIA米国建築家協会賞、 香港パースペクティブ賞受賞。

約20年前から、日本から香港に渡り、二つカルチャーを取り込みながら、デザインの一線で活躍している。

プロダクトデザインからインテリアデザイン、そして現在ではクリエイティブ分野の人材育成にも力を入れ、香港のデザイン事情、マーケット事情。

そして、香港の近未来についても詳しい。最近ではサスティナブルなモノづくりとアジアのクリエイターを繋ぐ仕組みを日々思案している。

[2020 千年未来工藝祭 実行委員長 / 越前打刃物 伝統工芸士 / 研ぎ師]

タケフナイフビレッジ協同組合常務理事、戸谷刃研三代目研ぎ師。Sharpening four代表 / 伝統工芸士　主に両刃包丁、ペーパーナイフの製造、研ぎ直しを担う。

2015年からフランスパリで研ぎ実演講習。シフォンケーキ型抜き用ナイフを共同開発。雑種現代音楽カルテットExperimental crossbreed のBassとして音楽活動の一面も。

 

内田 裕規 Hiroki Uchida

[千年未来工藝祭プロデューサー / 株式會社ヒュージ]

デザインやブランディング、地域リノベーションをプロデュース。文化創造拠点「FLAT project」や、作り手を繋ぐ場「CRAFT BRIDGE」創設。

一般社団法人「北陸古民家再生機構」理事、「越前市文化創造みらい会議」委員も務め、カテゴリーを越えた働き方、ライフスタイルの提案などを行っている。

On the first day of the International S ymposium on Arts and Crafts, August 26 (Sat.) from 11:00 a.m., the

“New W orld Arts and Crafts Network” will be held with Seiki Mori,

an architect and spatial designer from Hong Kong, and Jay HUANG , a producer in T aiwan who works to fuse traditional industry and design,

They will discuss various aspects from crafts to environment, S DGs, and food waste issues from a global perspective.

This is a new challenge for the Millennium F uture Arts and Crafts F estival,

which has been working with designers and creators from around the world under the keyword “CoNEXT ion” (together to the next dimension).

This will be a valuable discussion where you can get ideas for manufacturing and branding, so please come to the venue.

and lighting designer active in Hong Kong, winner of the AIA Am erican Institute of Architects A ward and the Hong Kong P erspective A ward.

For the past 20 years, he has been active in the front line of d esign, incorporating two cultures, from Japan to Hong Kong.

He has been active in the design field from product design to in terior design, and is currently focusing on human resource deve lopment in the creative field,

and is also a specialist in Hong Kong’s design situation, marke t situation, and the near future of Hong Kong.

He is also knowledgeable about the design situation in Hong Kon g, the market, and the near future of Hong Kong.

Recently, he has been working on a system to connect sustainable manufa cturing and creators in Asia.

 

JAY HUANG [F ounder & CEO, T aiwan Creative Agency Howdy Creative] https://howdy-creative.co /

“Howdy Creative” was founded in 2014. Specializes in social des ign and project management.

He works to make the creativity of T aiwan’s regions known to a wide audience through a designer’s p erspective as a great thing.

He continues to learn about the creativity of different regions, and because of this,

most of the projects Howdy has worked on are closely integrated with the region, its climate, people, and community .

Executive Director of T akefu Knife Village Cooperative Association, 3rd generation sha rpener of T otani Edoken,

R epresentative of Sharpening four / T raditional Craftsman Mainly responsible for manufacturing

and resharpening double-edged kitchen knives and paper knives.

He has developed a knife for cutting out chiffon cake molds. Als o active in music as a bass player of Experimental Crossbreed,

a hybrid contemporary music quartet.

 

Hiroki Uchida [P roducer of the Millennium F uture Arts and Crafts F estival

/ HUDGE Inc. He is the founder of “FLA T project,” a cultural creation base, and “Craft Bridge,” a pla ce to connect makers.

He is also a board member of “Hokuriku Old P rivate House R estoration Organization”

and a member of “Echizen City Cultural Creation Mirai Council”, and proposes a way of working and lifestyle that transcends ca tegories.
