Local X Forumとは、近畿経済産業局では、「地域一体型オープンファクトリー」という手法に着目し、

地域の企業群が特定の目的を持って集うコミュニティが生み出すイノベーションについて、

なぜイノベーションが生まれるのかといった『要素化』、どのエリアにどのような取組があり、

どのようなキープレイヤー達が躍動しているのかを明らかにする『可視化』、そして各地が出会える場をフォーラム形式で創出し、

登壇者のみならず参加者も巻き込んだ互いの触発を生み出す『活性化』に取り組んできています。

 

今回、各地の実例を千年未来工藝祭シンポジウム会場にて発表いたします。

株式会社能作 代表取締役 能作 千春氏

(略歴)

富山県高岡市出身。神戸学院大学を卒業後、アパレル関連会社で通販誌の編集に携わったのち、

2011年に家業である株式会社能作に入社。2016年に取締役に就任。2018年に専務取締役に就任し、

能作の“顔”として会社のPR活動に取り組む。2023年3月20日、代表取締役社長に就任。

2017年の新社屋移転を機に、地域内外の様々なプレイヤーと連携し新規事業を立ち上げた。

 

 

Konel.kanazawa Inc. 代表取締役 宮田 大氏

(略歴)

Konelは未来を実装する、越境クリエイター集団。「アートとテクノロジーを融合させ欲望を形にし、

世界に問いを投げかけます」をキャッチフレーズに、国内外様々な大企業、クリエイターが複業的に交わり、

アイデアを発信し、生み出し続けることで、社会の新たな価値の可能性を創り出すサードプレイスとなっている。

 

 

株式会社友安製作所 代表取締役 友安 啓則氏

(略歴)

高校からアメリカへ留学、City University of Seattleにて M.B.A.を取得。

2004年に父が営む線材加工製造業の友安製作所へ入社し、インテリアの輸入商材を販売開始、

2016年代表取締役社長に就任。

ものづくり日本大賞を受賞した「みせるばやお」の代表理事をはじめ、

全国初、広域連携による地域一体型オープンファクトリー「FactorISM」の副実行委員長を務める。

クリエイティブを活用し、まちづくり事業を様々な地域でも多数展開。

 

 

有限会社菊井鋏製作所 代表取締役 菊井 健一氏

(略歴)

1987年 祖父の代から続く理美容ハサミ製造工場の家系の長男として生まれる。

高校卒業後、京都大学工学部に入学。京都の土地柄、文化に触れるなかで

「祖父の代から続くものづくりの伝統の灯を絶やしたくない」という想いが強まり、

大学卒業後すぐ、有限会社菊井鋏製作所に入社。2016年、28歳で3代目として事業承継。

和歌山ものづくり文化祭 実行委員長として、これまで交流のなかった異業種の企業が

「文化祭」という同じサードプレイスに取り組むことで、

新たなコラボレーションが生まれる土壌を育む。

(略歴)

博士(知識科学、国立大学法人北陸先端科学技術大学院大学)。新潟市生まれ。

松下電器産業株式会社(現パナソニック株式会社)、株式会社リクルートワークス研究所客員研究員、

事業創造大学院大学准教授等を経て現職。

経済産業省近畿経済産業局調査事業オープンファクトリー研究会委員(座長)など歴任。

著書に『地域産業のイノベーションと流通戦略』千倉書房(共著)、

『地域産業の経営革新』税務経理協会(共著)など。

The Local X Forum is an initiative of the Kinki Bureau of Economy,

Trade and Industry, focusing on the “regionally integrated open factory” approach,

Innovation generated by a community of local companies with a specific purpose,

The Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI-KANSAI)

has focused on the “region-integrated open factory” approach,

The forum will also provide a forum for the participants to meet and exchange information

on the innovation that is being created in the community,

We have been working on “activating” the forum by creating

a forum where people can meet and inspire each other,

involving not only the speakers but also the participants.

 

Examples from each region will be presented at the symposium venue

of the Millennium Future Crafts Festival.We look forward to seeing you there.

 

Chiharu Nosaku, Representative Director, Nosaku Co.

(Brief Personal History)

Born in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. After graduating from Kobe Gakuin University,

she worked for an apparel company as an editor of a mail order magazine,

She joined the family business, Nosaku Co., Ltd. in 2011, became a director in 2016,

and was appointed as an executive managing director in 2018,

On March 20, 2023, he was appointed President and Representative Director.

He took the opportunity of relocating to a new building in 2017 to launch a new business

in collaboration with various players in and outside of the region.

 

 

Mr. Dai Miyata, Representative Director, Konel.kanazawa Inc.

(Biography)

Konel is a group of cross-border creators who implement the future. With the catchphrase,

“We fuse art and technology to give shape to our desires and pose questions to the world,

” various large corporations and creators from Japan and abroad intermingle in a multi-industry manner,

It is a third place that creates the possibility of new value for society by transmitting ideas and continuing to generate them.

 

 

Mr. Hironori Tomoyasu, President of Tomoyasu Seisakusho Co.

(Biography)

Mr. Tomoyasu studied in the U.S. from high school and received his M.B.A. from City University of Seattle.

In 2004, he joined his father’s wire rod processing and manufacturing company,

Tomoyasu Seisakusho, and began selling imported interior products,

He became President and Representative Director in 2016.

He is also the representative director of “Misere BAYAO,” which won the Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award,

He is also the deputy executive committee chairperson of FactorISM,

the nation’s first regionally integrated open factory through wide-area collaboration.

He is also involved in a number of community development projects in various regions utilizing his creativity.

 

 

Kenichi Kikui, President, Kikui Shears Manufacturing Co.

(Biography)

Kenichi Kikui was born in 1987, the eldest son of a family of hairdressing

and beauty scissors manufacturers that had been in the family since his grandfather’s generation.

After graduating from high school, he entered the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University.

While being exposed to the local character and culture of Kyoto, he was inspired

by the “tradition of manufacturing that has continued from his grandfather’s generation.

He was determined not to let the tradition of manufacturing that had been handed down

from his grandfather’s generation die out,

In 2016, at the age of 28, he became the third generation to take over the company.

As the chairperson of the Wakayama Monozukuri Culture Festival Executive Committee,

he is working to bring together companies from different industries that have never interacted with each other before.

I am now working as the chairperson of the Wakayama Monozukuri Culture Festival Executive Committee,

Professor Kazuyoshi Maruyama,

Faculty of Business Administration, Kyoto Tachibana University

(Biography)

  1. (Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology).

Born in Niigata City, Japan.

(currently Panasonic Corporation) and as a visiting researcher at Recruit Works Research Institute, Inc,

Ltd. and Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies before assuming his current position.

He has served as a member of the Open Factory Study Group of the Kinki Bureau of Economy,

Trade and Industry of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (chairperson).

Author of “Innovation of Regional Industries and Distribution Strategy” (co-author), Chikura Shobo,

Management Innovation of Regional Industries” (co-authored),

“Management Innovation of Regional Industries” (co-authored), etc.
